Delivering what matters—delightfully

At Promotional Spring, we believe the best work starts with people—and ends with delight. We're not just printers, project managers, or technicians. We're partners who help simplify complex marketing execution so you can focus on what really matters: reaching your audience, growing your impact, and making your message unforgettable.

Our team becomes your team—from strategy to shipping. Whether you’re launching a direct mail campaign, rolling out signage across locations, or building a better way to manage orders with an online storefront, we bring the tools, tech, and tenacity to make it all run smoothly.

We’ve built a culture around solving problems, finding better ways, and showing up for our clients. It’s why some of the most respected brands in retail, healthcare, education, and nonprofit rely on us. And it’s why your next project will feel a whole lot easier—with results that speak for themselves.

OUR HISTORY: A LEGACY OF HELPING OTHERS SUCCEED

Promotional Spring began in 1955 as Mound Printing, a garage-based print shop in Miamisburg, Ohio. When Wade Riggs acquired the company in 1984, he brought with him something powerful—a genuine drive to create success in the lives of others, whether they were employees, clients, or partners.

Wade instilled a service-minded culture that prioritized people first. That spirit has shaped every step of our journey. In the early 2000s, his son Dennis took the reins, expanding our reach across industries and regions while staying rooted in that same belief: take care of people, and the rest will follow.

Today, Promotional Spring is a national partner to marketers, nonprofits, and business leaders—known not just for what we deliver, but how we deliver it: with simplicity, reliability, and a truly delightful experience.

the team that makes it work

Behind every success story is a team that shows up, solves problems, and makes things happen. Our people aren’t just experts in printing, fulfillment, and marketing logistics—they’re partners who care deeply about your success.

When you work with Promotional Spring, you don’t just get things done. You get a team that makes the process easier, smoother, and yes—more delightful.

OUR History: Exceptional from Inception

Promotional Spring has come a long way since our early days as a garage shop. That was 1955 and Promotional Spring was named Mound Printing. It wasn’t until 1984 that Wade Riggs bought the company, having a vision for what it could become: a premiere printing source. Wade began the company with three employees and three local customers, growing over the next three decades to over 30 employees and hundreds of customers with national and international footprints. He passed the torch to his son, Dennis in the early 2000s, and Dennis has built upon that strong foundation adding technology, capabilities and expertise with the same goal in mind: to delight the customer.
